Our CNC metal fabricator shop has a shear and brake capacity of up to 12 feet, and a material capacity of 11 gauge Aluminum and 16 gauge Steel.

Our PPG approved paint facility offers numerous architectural finishes including Duracron and Duranar. We are also Valspar approved applicators, allowing us to offer a wide range of colors in any system.

We also offer custom coatings of your extrusions (aluminum or vinyl) up to 25 feet in length.

Our all-in-house facility allows us to simplify the production process, ensuring exact color matches of your metal work with your Glazing Extrusions.

In addition to high temperature oven, we also have a low temperature cure oven on site, which is ideal for air-dry paint application and is designed to force cure composite panels or vinyl extensions.

Panelex Industries is based in Richmond, British Columbia. With the main CNC metal fabricator shop at the centre, Panelex Industries is a manufacturer of custom metalwork for the architectural industry.

Primex
Primex is the coatings and sandblasting division of Panelex Industries. Primex is an authorized applicator of industry leading architectural paint and coating products from PPG, Valspar, Sico, Akzo Nobel and Tiger Drylac. Primex is also able to provide custom colour match for extrusions. Primex also offers a minimum two year guarantee on adhesion on the trademarked TRAFICRON system of application.
